The Operating Layer

Furniture management systems for connected teams.

Product details, costs, quotations and order status should connect. We help furniture manufacturers and exporters organise that information into practical systems their teams can use.

What we work on

Furniture management systems built around your process

HSC is based in Jodhpur and works with furniture businesses on product databases, costing tools and operational workflows. We start by reviewing how your team works: what information it needs, who updates it and where delays begin. The implementation scope follows that review.

Product data that stays consistent

Organise SKUs, dimensions, materials, finishes, packing information, images and specifications in one agreed structure. Use those records as the starting point for quotations, BOMs and orders.

Connected BOM and costing

Link products to the components and rates used to calculate their costs. Review how rate changes and approved specifications should flow through your pricing process.

Enquiries with a next action

Track the customer, quotation stage, responsible person and next follow-up. Bring enquiry history into a shared workflow so the team can see what needs attention.

Visible order and production progress

Follow order items through agreed stages, responsibilities and target dates. Give your team a clearer view of pending work, dispatch and delivery updates.

In practice

See the workflow before discussing an implementation.

The public ERP workflow demo covers a Product Database, Bill of Materials, CMA pricing, Enquiry Management and Order Management. It uses sample records to demonstrate the connections. A live implementation is scoped and deployed separately for your business.

Before we begin

Questions worth asking.

Can this replace every part of our ERP?

The scope must be agreed first. Accounting, payroll, integrations and other specialist requirements need a separate assessment. The public demo shows the five connected workflows listed above.

What happens to our existing spreadsheets?

We review their structure and decide what needs cleaning, mapping or importing. The amount of data preparation depends on the quality and consistency of the existing files.

What should we bring to the first discussion?

Bring one example workflow, a sample product record or quotation format, and the reports your team currently prepares. Hosting, permissions, data ownership, backups and support are discussed during scoping.

Start a conversation

Bring the workflow that slows your team down.

Share the task, product or project you have in mind. We’ll review it with you and agree the next step.
